TGINS supports EV mobility projects from concept to commissioning. We focus on EV infrastructure design-build, construction and project management, charger OEM relationships/resales, field service, and equipment and system interoperability.
TGINS specializes in infrastructure planning and development, providing the all important "sustainable transition" to zero-emission technology. This newly established offering is the result of ongoing industry efforts to provide smart, sustainable, connected EV transportation solutions.
Charger Manufactures, Fleet Operators and Transit Agencies
Our advanced knowledge of distribution systems helps identify critical path challenges early in the project timeline, supporting on-schedule project progress and maintaining reliable, resilient power to end-users.
TGINS conducts site visits, provides design and engineering services, overssees qualified Engineering Procurement and Construction (EPC) partners to provide make-ready utility services and install chargers, coordinates NRTL certification (Nationally Recognized Testing Laboratories) with partners like Eurofin/Metlabs, and provides onsite grid-to-EV testing and commissioning services to ensure safe, reliable, and cost-effective, sustainable infrastructure project.

Our team possesses decades of experience in the EV charging and allied industries across all phases of the project lifecycle.

President
Ernest Garner
Ernest came to TGINS from New Flyer's New Product Development (NPD) team where he started in December 2016. Previously, he spent 10 years with Siemens Traction Power Mobility Division in the beginning phase of their EV charger design / deployment.
During his tenure with New Flyer, Ernest developed and oversaw New Flyer's early electric bus charger infrastructure programs. Before leaving, Ernest led EV charging infrastructure field deployment design-build and service activities throughout North America. Including engineering, permitting, utility integration and coordination, construction, and commissioning of zero-emission buses with interoperable charging equipment.
Ernest’s prior engineering work experience centered around Power Plant / Refinery Controls & Construction, Design-Build Engineering management Traction Power Electrification, and Heavy Duty (Level 3) EV Charging systems; Design-Build Industrial Power Plant & Manufacturing Process Control systems for Dow Chemical, Saudi ARAMCO, Kronos & Tioxide, Honeywell, DuPont, TVA-(Nuclear); Design-Build support for Energy Storage Systems, and Concentrated Solar Power controls, all accumulating over 30 years of industry practice. Ernest is a registered TÜV-CFSE; EET with a MS-EET.
Ernest works closely with transit agencies and private organizations to deliver safe and reliable EV Infrastructure services for a cohesive shift to zero-emission electric technology.

Engineering Manager
Autrey Johnson
Autrey comes to TGINS after years of service with Burn and McDonnell where he was responsible for project engineering, technical support, technical specification and work scope development.
Autrey also oversaw the development of product testing procedures, design reviews, accident investigations, component failure analysis, code and regulation compliance reviews, new vehicle and major component procurement, and design reviews requiring engineering evaluation.

Business Development
Alvin Blakes
Alvin comes to TGINS from Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART) where he was responsible for the engineering and technical support of DART's buses, non-revenue vehicles, and paratransit vehicles. Technical specifications, scope of work development, product testing procedures, design reviews, accident investigations, component failure analysis, code and regulation compliance reviews, new vehicle and major component procurement, and maintenance support activities requiring engineering evaluation.
